I am a degree qualified mechanical engineer and have worked in a number of different medium to heavy engineering companies mainly as a project engineer.
My last permanent appointment was at a Aida Engineering, a japanese press manufacturer, where I worked for a number of years a mechanical design engineer. I worked on some very large projects for customers such as Kodak and Honda, before Aida withdrew their manufacturing base in the UK.
After this I have been approached by more and more people looking for specialist knowledge on their MR2s and therefore I have gained a lot of knowledge from various projects.
I have been very pro-active in the MR2 club scene over the years, with both the MR2Mk1Club and IMOC, whom I was a committee member for two years.
